Your journey.
Your pace.
Your recovery.
Therapy with Daniella Basin, LMFT
You’re probably thinking…
“Is therapy right for me?”
You're not alone! That’s a question many people ask themselves when they're considering reaching out for support.
If you're struggling with addiction, disordered eating, or feel caught in cycles that are hard to break, you're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
Therapy can be a place to explore what’s beneath the surface, make sense of the patterns that feel out of your control, and begin to reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel lost or shut down. Recovery isn’t linear, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to start. Whether you're just beginning to consider change or already deep in the work, therapy can meet you where you are.
If you’re feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure if things can really be different…that’s often exactly where the work begins.
