Hi, I’m Daniella, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

I’m so glad your search for support led you here. Below, you’ll find an overview of my background, training, and approach to therapy.

Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change with the right support. I utilize a culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed treatment approach, incorporating a mix of evidence-based, somatic, and mindfulness practices to meet you exactly where you are at. I employ a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach and believe that all individuals, regardless of body size, deserve compassionate, comprehensive, and inclusive care.

Above all, I meet you exactly where you’re at.

Modalities I Use

Therapy can be a messy process, and that’s okay! Healing doesn’t always follow a straight line, and what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why I take an eclectic, flexible approach in my work. My style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and I draw from IFS and mindfulness, while integrating evidenced-based modalities (CBT, DBT, and ACT) to support each individual’s unique needs.
